Tensiometers are a fixed installation for controlling irrigation scheduling. Recommended by the soil conservation departments of the USDA and local water conservation districts as an easy tool to prevent over-watering. Optional service kit is required with the first installation of a tensiometer.

This tensiometer is our least expensive model because the only part that is replaceable is the gauge. This unit is not recommended for areas where the instrument could get easily hit or where there are a lot of stones in the soil.
