Used to measure the total soluble solids (Brix) of citrus fruits. Use in conjunction with an Acid Test to determine the best time for harvesting. Comes complete with the following items and instructions for use:
(1) 500 ml graduated cylinder
(1) Certified Brix Hydrometer (5-15 Brix @ 20°C)
Additionally, you may need cheesecloth to strain the juice & pans to account for overflow.
