Designed for use with all soil types, the Oakfield 21-Inch Soil Probe features a 21" probe that extracts a 15L" x 13/16"W sample ideal for professional growers, landscapers, nurserymen, golf courses, or home gardeners. Made from nickel-chrome plated 16 gauge steel, each part has been carefully machined and constructed with interchangeable screw-on tips for sampling different soil types. Includes one S-2 tip for sampling moist to almost dry soils. Tips also available for dry, wet, or stony / gravely soils. To purchase additional tips, click here.

    We have been putting this sampler to good use. Without it, our job would be much more difficult. We treat turf grasses with mycorrhiza and that soil sampler helps us to examine root growth progress.
